02.23.07 Assist Station 18 on Box 18-31 Building County Radio (911) received a call at 09:59 hrs reporting a house on fire at 76 Braithwaite La., Quakertown Borough. dispatching TW18, SQ18,R18, E17 and E17-1. BC18 arrived on scene and reported heavy smoke showing from a two story townhouse and set up Quakertown Command. Second report made stated heavy fire in the dwelling with extension to the exposures and had county add additional equipment, adding R26, E57, E58, R56 as RIT, TW27 and E36. Third report made stated have multiple hand lines in service and requested  a  2nd Alarm bringing LCL431, ML65, E56, E27, E76 and R59 at 10:22 hrs. with fire now in three dwellings. Upon arrival of all incoming equipment, they were to stag on Hickory Dr. with all firefighters  sent to the manpower pool and R59, L40 and ME72-1 were sent to cover Station 17. Incident was put under control at 10:36 and County Fire Marshall requested at the scene.
